  1. Hello, I am having difficulty ID'ing a hotel for 9/23 - 9/24 in the Rome Airport (FCO) - Ostia area. Booking for 3 rooms (2 guest per room). $84.00/night It is the 4* with (1001 - 1500) Trip Advisor reviews, bed options are 2 single beds, 1 double bed, or 1 double and one twin. Amenities Include: Free Internet, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Children's activities. Narrowing it down all the 4* options in that area would be great - except the Best Western. Is there any way to determine if this is certainly NOT the Best Western? Thanks a lot! :) Mike
  2. Boise to Memphis August 7th - Flight 4455 departing 6:17PM - 57 min layover - arriving 12:26AM Aug 17th - Flight 2786 departing 6:34AM - 1 hr 2 min layover - arriving 12:30PM 360.67
  3. Thanks for your response. I understand completely. I was just curious if you were still seeing significant savings over express deals in some instances or if they are all just slightly lower. Thank you again for your great service! I am booking two trips to Memphis/Nashville and will report and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links in your signature.
  4. Can't see where to edit my post. But Walla, Walla has only one zone and only one two star hotel. The Red Lion. :) Hopefully you can add it to the Washington priceline hotel list! :) If I am missing the edit button somewhere, just let me know where it is and I'll try again.
  5. Well just to add a little color this this. I NYOP on PRICELINE up to about 25.00 of the Hot.wire Hotrate Fare and then went ahead and purchased it through Hotwire. It turned out the be the exact flight I wanted and saved us 40.00 each flight. I used the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to do both as usual. Thank you so much for your help!
  6. Hi there, I was just curious what trends you are seeing with the Express Deals and NYOP deals. Are there still much better deals through NYOP or are they all w/in 5-10% of Express Deals? It use to be they even had separate inventory, is that still true? I recently NYOP for a room in Walla, Walla and it popped exactly 5% under the Express deals price. Just wondered if you were still getting reports of great winning bids out there quite a bit lower than the express deals price... Thanks for everything as always.
  7. Only 2* in town and it came up on express deals for 53.00, NYOP at 50.00 (not much of a savings, but I guess it's something)
  8. Hi there, I am getting ready to book a trip from BOI to MEM August 7th - August 17th (two tickets). I'm getting a Hotwire Hotfare $380.00 that is about 40/per ticket less. Than the cheapest retail fare. I'm pretty certain since there are only 0-1 stops that it will be the flight that leaves at 6:00pm and arrives at 12:30AM (next day), I can't see any other schedule that gets in "next day". Here is my question, I've never had success with NYOP on flights (especially this far out) - but since Hotwire has a HOTFARE available, does that better my chance I could Name My Own Price on Priceline cheaper than the HOTFARE? If yes, where should I start bidding? Thanks Mike
  9. Well I went to 59.00 on Price.line to no avail, went ahead and took the Hot.wire. Got the Southaven Express for 57.00. Thank you all for your help
  10. Sorry, Yes, Same dates! :) I just looked and it's coming up for 65.00 this morning. It's strange it comes and goes and gets replaced with a different one that is $86.00 and not as much savings.
  11. Thanks for your help in advance. 2.5* $66.00/night 2 Rooms 45% savings Indoor/Outdoor Pool Free Internet Free Parking Fitness Center 8+ rating I bid up to 55.00 as well, but didn't get anything. Thought it might be the Holiday Inn Express you thought the Hot.wire might be, but it's not coming up as a 2.5 under PRICELINE. Thanks!
  12. Need help identifying a 3* Hot.wire Room for 8/12 - 8/17. Retail is $119.00 Hotwire Rate is 59.00 Amenities: Free Parking Free Breakfast Free Internet Airport Shuttle Fitness Center Pool Business Center. 65% Recommended. Thanks!!
  13. Great hotel win during Elvis Week! $45.00 + 5% SUMMER promo code. Rates are outrageous for even marginal hotels during this time period. Reviews are good for the La Quinta and free breakfast! Hotel was $95.00 on the retail site and $50.00 on Express Deals, so I saved a little. Used the betterbidding PRICELINE link to get it. Any other Elvis Fans staying at the La Quinta during Elvis Week who reads this are welcome to message me so we can meet up for a drink. :)
  14. Tried first at $36.00 with no hit. Went down to 2.5* (no such thing since Vegas Club is closed for remodel) and got the The D. **Need to update the list as this is a new hotel that is not yet on the list****
  15. Dates: 8/12 - 8/18 Area: Southeast Hotwire "super savings" 90% recommended Amenities: Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s, laundry, internet. I was thinking it might be the Courtyard, but recent reviews claimed they didn't serve breakfast. Thanks for your help
