I got the same description for a 3 star in Oxnard for $59 (May 4-6) and it was the Country Inn & Suites Port Hueneme. Estimated Distance: 4.59 miles from the address in Oxnard that we wanted.
Nice hotel on the beach. Older building converted into a hotel, but clean. I would rate it a 3* instead of a 3 1/2 * hotel. If the description says Oceanfront in South Beach, the Savoy claims to the the ONLY oceanfront hotel in South Beach.
