  1. Whoops! Guess I didn't enter the details correctly... Could've sworn I entered that it did turn out to be the Coronation Hotel after I paid for the stay. It's going to be real basic, but hey, more £ to spend elsewhere in London! ;-) So there's another property for your list. Thank you for running this site!
  2. Amenities: Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby
  3. Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Self-service laundry, Internet access Accessibility: Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Note that free (included, really) breakfast was not listed as it is in the amenities list on the BB Hotel List. Guess I'll see what happens when I'm there, but glad to see self-service laundry. (Never used it but it could come in handy. ) Thank you, BetterBidding!
  4. Afraid I didn't note the pre-purchase amenities *and save them*, but the post-purchase amenities listed: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby The breakfast was a real breakfast, not that continental crap. Made-to-order omelets from a pleasant restaurant staff made for lovely starts to our few relaxing days in the delightful, interesting, and underrated city of Los Angeles. :-)
  5. I think Pride weekend made availability tougher than usual... Last unsuccessful bid before the win was $89; made the big $5 jump since we're pushing it awfully close to the arrival night. :D
  6. I actually bid $78 + $7 in bonus money that was recently available. Oh, and I didn't find this property on your current list. A surprise for me and a new item for your list. :)
  7. Actually bid for a 3* and got upgraded to this (largely) well-reviewed property. Success on the first bid at $49/night! Damn... Should've started lower... :D Thanks everyone for posting your bids. We were kinda hoping to end up at this property but expected to have had to pay more. :)
  8. Yay for lots of rebidding zones... ;) Started at $62 and ended up at $64/nt (obviously). Total was $233.55.
  9. Started at $32 ORD North, then $35 ORD South, then $38 with the Franklin Park zone in the mix and got the Aloft. Total is $51.05.
  10. I edged up slowly from $33 and got this. Should be fine for one night. :)
  11. Apparently, Priceline calls this a 3* now. Please update the hotel list. :) The BW site lists complimentary breakfast. I'll be curious to see how that is and if it should actually be in the same ranking as Courtyard.
  12. Yes indeed it does have a pool! Sorry about that. And thanks for the tip about checking "My Account". I had tried to double-check the perks on the confirmation page, but I don't recall seeing the detail there. The stay is for a family member. I'll ask him his thoughts on the property when he returns.
  13. Got this on the first bid. I hate it when that happens... :) Total w/ tax is $173.04.
