I had previously booked on Priceline the Sheraton City Center for the night before. It said I could extend my stay for the same price ($80). When I tried to, it wouldn't allow me. So, i went to HOTWIRE for my next day's reservation (i wasn't 100% sure i'd need to stay the full weekend). $87 for a 4-star seemed like the best option, so I will be moving to the Hilton. Amenities listed were Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Internet access

I used your links for both HOTWIRE and PRICELINE over the past few days to keep searching for a Baltimore city hotel. This seems to be a busy weekend with not many options. I tried several rebids and multiple areas and finally came up with this one. I was willing to be in any of the 3 Inner Harbor areas. I had bid up to $85 for a 4-star, then lowered it to $76 for the 3.5 star I believe. Won it at $80. Total is $100 with tax, and there's the option to extend my stay at the same price. This hotel is advertised for $239 for that night, so I'm happy. Thank you betterbidding!

After using the PRICELINE link from this board for several days to try and find a 4* in the Convention Center area for these dates to no avail (rebid in multiples of $2 or so from $55-$75 using the re-bid zones and waiting a day) I expanded my search. Today I tried a 4* Convention Center for $75, rejected. Added White House area, lowered to $60, rejected. I then went through a few more bids between $60 and $70, (I'm so sorry I don't remember exactly what I did--I've gone through so many incarnations of this over the past several days-- but I added in Dupont Circle area, then lowered the star

For this trip, I ended up finding a relatively cheap guesthouse in Rehoboth that was recommended to me--their prices were cheaper than the posted rates for the 1* star motels miles from the beach.

Since I had been told that there were certain areas of New Haven I definitely did not want to be in, I ended up booking the Premiere Inn & Suites from their own website and not using PRICELINE or HOTWIRE.

Hi, has anyone ever booked a Rehoboth Beach DE hotel through Priceline? I see 1 and 2-star hotels as an option. I'm assuming they're things like the Econolodge & Rodeway Inn. Hotels of this caliber look to be $190-$210 a night and I'm wondering how much to bit for a prime weekend. Thanks!

I need a hotel in New Haven on a Sunday evening in March. I have to be near the train station, but am not familiar with the city at all. When I do a search for New Haven on Hotwire, I get 4 areas. When I select New Haven-West Haven only, 2 hotels come up--a 3-star suite hotel and a 2-star that has an airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, etc. for $58. Any idea what this hotel is and the ease of getting there from the Metro-North Station? Thanks so much!

Just wanted to thank you all for a great service. I found out on your hotel list that this 3 star property with Pool, Fitness, Restaurant and LAundry was the Radisson. I live in the area and am having work done on my apt and am being put up for a max of $100/night. Expedia showed nothing for this price, luckily I saw a $64 option on Hotwire. Well, the cheaper the better...but I'm willing to go higher. Right now I have a room at the Comfort Inn booked for $89 just in case, but I would like something a little nicer if I can get it. FYI I also tried 3star & boutique for $65 and that was rejected as well.
