I used the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals for a 2.5* hotel in the Smrya area and received La Quinta Inn and Suites. Below are the listed amenities. Also, it says it's rated 9.0 out of 10.0 and it gives you the choice of 2 double beds or 1 king bed. I'm very happy with this and I was confident this was the hotel I was going to get after reading this forum. I also used the Fall5 coupon for a little extra money off. Thanks! I just chose a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for a 2.5 star hotel in the Perrysburg - Northwood city zone for $54 and the hotel was the Country Inn & Suites. This is what I thought it was going to be after doing a lot of research on this forum. I also used the 5% off coupon code (Fall5) through the Better Bidding PRICELINE link so I actually got the hotel for $51.30 + tax.
I bid $30 for a 2 star hotel for a 2 night stay in the Milwaukee airport area and received the Red Roof Inn on my first bid. The stay was pleasant, but did lack a few amenities normally expected at a 2 star hotel. Overall I was very happy with the hotel for $30 per night.
The amenities were as follows: Free Breakfast Free Internet Free Parking Pets Allowed Airport Shuttle Fitness Center 7.0 Rating or Higher Also, there was 4 room choices. That is the main reason I knew it was La Quinta. There was King, 2 Doubles, King Executive and King Suite. None of the other 2* hotels in the Milwaukee Airport area had those choices. Hopefully this can help others.
I won 2 nights at the La Quinta Milwaukee Airport for $38 each night for a King Room. I used the Priceline Express Deals and was pretty sure this was the hotel I was going to get since the details and 2* description matched pretty close. I've stayed here before and this is the best price I've ever got on this hotel.
Won this hotel by bidding $35 for a 2.5* hotel and was upgraded to this 3* hotel. Be warned, Priceline is allowed to upgrade you based on the page that you initial. While this may seem nice, this 3* hotel isn't rated particularly good on Tripadvisor. We will see how it goes!
I started my bidding at $38 for a 3* hotel in the Milwaukee Airport region and was denied. I added the Miller Park area (no 3* hotels) and bid again at $40 and again was denied. I tried once again by adding Germantown (no 3* hotels) and bidding $45 and won the bid for the Clarion Hotel Airport Milwaukee. My stay is from 11/30/12 to 12/02/12.
