Didn't decide yet, which one to choose, as the Holiday Inns are less expensive at some websites, and for the 5*, I was hoping to get other ones. anyway, your help is really appreciated. And I do have a cancellable backup. I'll legt you know, what we'll do in the end.

  7. It's not a new hotel on the list. It's the Renaissance at World Golf Village, but it has something like it's own zone now as it is not in ther Northwest zone anymore. So you have even one more free rebid-zone.

Oh... and I started bidding with the PRICELINE link
  11. First bid for 45 $ was accepted at the Hilton Ocean Walk Village. Thought I'd have to pay more, but should have bid lower. Anyway, seems to be a good deal. Subtotal: $45.00 Taxes and Fees: $13.13 Total Charges*: $58.13 Started bidding with the PRICELINE link

Total: 68,95 $ Got the Renaissance Port Everglade and think I should be staisfied. Hope I can finally get to Florida, after the volcano ashes held me back in Europe at my last try for vacation in April...
  14. I have the same problem with hotels in Florida and Atlanta, where I was supposed to check-in on friday. But my flight from Germany to the US was cancelled. We are now booked on a flight tomorrow, but I doubt that there will be any chance that this is going to happen. So I just wrote an email to priceline and now I'm pretty curious about what's going to happen. I think there will be hundreds if not thousands of bookings through priceline which will be affected by the problem with the volcanic ashes.
