They call it a Boutique hotel and it has a fitness center, on top of others. Please help!

The property above matches previous reports for the Chicago South Loop Hotel so that would be my best guess.

This property is definitely a ways South from the downtown area and I would not recommend it unless you had to be in that particular area. If you are just coming to the city in general to sightsee for the NYE holiday, I'd rather try bidding $65-70 for a 3* in either the River North/NMA or Millennium Park-Loop-Grant Park areas downtown to see if that would be accepted.

While a bit more expensive than that 3* HOTWIRE listing, it would be a pretty good cab ride from the South Loop hotel to the downtown area.
