Liset
While tracking prices for January Boston dates, I came across something I hadn't seen before. A 4* hotel in the Copley/Theater District offered a "Bed Choice" option. On the booking page one king or two queen beds could be selected with one big catch -- there was an additional charge of $14 and $15 respectively. The hotel appeared to be a match for the Westin Copley. While I'm usually flexible and doubt I'd ever pay for this feature, I thought I'd pass it along. Perhaps someone travelling with a spouse/partner might want to guarantee a king.BTW, I don't plan to book my trip until closer to my travel dates, but will post when I do. Link to comment
AaronJB
Happy Thanksgiving! :)This is a new option that has been seen with some listings, mostly in major cities. It's an interesting development, and will likely appeal to some who want to ensure a particular bedding choice. Fees vary from hotel-to-hotel. Link to comment
powerplantop
This could be a big plus for HOTWIRE. It is a nice feature and I am sure a lot of people would use it. Link to comment

Lauuderdale. Hotel was great but cost me an extra $240 for four nights. Was a unique situation (traveling with my daughter) and have been having great experiences with Hotwire for two years. New to tis board. Link to comment
