thereuare
Would you want to bid for a 4* up to your limit first before trying for a 3.5* OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* property for this leg of your stay? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. traveldreams
For this leg of my journey (post cruise) 3.5 would be great as well as the 4*. Sorry to be so confusing. Thanks again! Link to comment
thereuare
Please confirm... so you're interested in the least expensive 3.5* or higher for this stay and it's not worthwhile to spend more for a 4* property vs. a less expensive 3.5* property (this sort of contradicts your previous bidding which started at the 4* level, so please confirm and we'll advise accordingly)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. traveldreams
For Downtown Miami for the one night I'm good with either a 3.5 or 4* with a high bid of $125. Does this make sense? Link to comment
thereuare
From your other thread this stay is for January 29th?Rates are very high for this nite that $120 may be a bit tough at the moment, but we'll give it a try...At the 3.5* you have FIVE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.(NOTE: 're-bid zone1' is not the same as priceline's Zone1, 're-bid zone2' is not the same as priceline's Zone2, etc, etc)Select 3.5* Downtown...Bid $65, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone3...Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone4...Bid $100, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINESelect 3.5* Downtown...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone3...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone4...Bid $125Any questions feel free to ask. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes. traveldreams
Great, thank you I will let you know what happens. Also, just curious, what price do you think would be a bid that might be accepted?? Link to comment
thereuare
I couldn't say... some hotels are sold-out already for this date and others are priced much higher than usual, and the hotels may therefore be reluctant to offer rooms at a deep discount if they believe they have a reasonable chance at selling them on their own at full price. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. TBQ
Keep in mind that Jan. 29th is just a few days before the Super Bowl (and the Pro Bowl as well) - this may account for those high prices. Link to comment
