Made another last minute bid for a Hotel room in the Meadowlands area; as before, I ducked into a hotel that had a free hotspot and accessed the PL website via Savingsbarn.com and started bidding at 5:45 PM

Selected Secaucus-North Bergen area, Bid $55 for a 3*, rejected

Added 2.5*and bid $57, but rejected

Added Meadowlands-Rutherford, bid $62 and won

Harold's Deli actually has a pretty good reputation... although i haven't been in 10+ years... and i suspected that you'd sooner be at the high-end steak place at the other nearby hotel (KC Prime... or something like that). Regardless i'm sure the family ate well with the take-out bag and were happy! I'll have to give you some of the Italian Deli's (admittedly an entirely different product than Harold's Deli) here in Hoboken for the next time you pass thru.

Of course the ultimate deli is still Zingerman's.

CK's Steakhouse is just across the street at the Renissance Hotel, I was concerned that my dinner check for one would be higher than my Hotel Rate!! :) It looks like a nice place, but I knew if I had dined here, I would be comparing the dinner to Arthurs in Hoboken!!
