The 4* NMA is likely the Knickerbocker or Drake, while the 4.5* Mag Mile could be either the Conrad or Intercontinental.

I'm sorry I forgot to update this. I ended up booking a 4* which ended up being the Hyatt Regency on East Wacker Drive, for $89/night through your HOTWIRE link. It was a great deal for a wonderful hotel in a convenient location, we had an excellent time!
