LglBlonde
First, you'll want to see what you can get conventionally to know that you are getting a good deal on priceline. Try Mousesavers which has a wealth of information about Orlando, Disney and has a section on Rental Cars. After trying a few sites to see what kind of prices you can get with various codes, then you'll be ready to bid.We were successful for a compact in Orlando at $15 a day last May/June for a weekly rental. (may 30 to june 5). The total with fees, etc. was $148. However, conventionally, it was going to be $200 even with all discounts we could find. We got National, which worked just fine, and was at the airport, etc. One week, I had bid $15 for a compact & $17 for midsize and was rejected. Then, the following week, my husband bid $12 for economy and $15 for compact and was accepted.Incidentally, I've read that Orlando has the busiest rental car market in the entire world. thereuare
Use our Car Rental Checker to get an idea of rates for the time of your stay, then start looking at various coupon codes you can use to bring the costs lower, then try to beat the best rate by using Priceline and/or Hotwire. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
