Hi, I am new here! I would really like to stay at the Grand Manchester Hyatt in San Diego 7/31-8/1. What are the chances of this? Any advice on how to obtain this hotel?

You can't target a specific hotel in PRICELINE. You have to pick a * level and zone and accept what is available for the price.

You can be more targeted on HOTWIRE by ID-ing hotels once you see their availability and amenity list.

If your hotel doesn't show up on HOTWIRE, you will have to book conventionally if no other will do.

Look at FAQs on this board to become an educated bidder.
