I can't find any postings of successful bid amounts for Banff for any dates. Has anyone been successful? I'm also looking for one night in Banff checkin in on 26 July and one night in Cranbrook checking in on 2 Aug. Any advice would be appreciated. Link to comment
mikeyjc Posted June 9, 2009 Report Share Posted June 9, 2009 Banff, no .... Canmore, yes, 5 years ago this month.We ended up at the Radisson, which was a 3* location (appears this is still the case). This property had an on-site restaurant where my wife and I enjoyed one of the best dinners of our lives (outstanding food quality and service); we dined outdoors and watched the sunset over the mountains - great way to celebrate our 25th anniversary.I believe we bid (and won) $55/night for a 2-night midweek stay in late June, 2004.I would stay there again in a heartbeat FWIW.Good luck.
