thereuare
What is the best rate you're able to find thru conventional booking channels?Do you need the car the nite of arrival or are you staying in the immediate area (for example at an airport hotel or with friends/family locally) or will you be driving the car out of the area upon arrival in the Atlanta? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. szymon
A $22 bid for a midsize on PRICELINE = $136.90 with taxes/fees.With the Hertz 50% off coupon on their website (PC 104182) you can get a midsize for your dates for $139.87 total.Szymon Link to comment

thereuare
I assumed you were arriving near midnite, but the question more so is where are you heading once you pick up the car at midnite... are you staying at an airport hotel, with friends local to the immediate area, or are you off to your destination an hour or more away? jayshar
I am heading to friends home that late at night they can't pick me up and they live about 18 miles from the airlport. Link to comment
thereuare
Rental weekend days often dont' start until noon on Thursday... if you could adjust your plans to pick-up/return the car at these times, you'll save about $100 vs picking up the car at midnite and returning at 6pm. Any alternatives such as taking a taxi to your friend at midnite and then picking up the car at noon (or later the following day)... if your friends could take you the aiport the following day you could pick up the car the same time as your drop off (for example, Thursday 6pm pick-up/Monday 6pm drop-off OR Thursday 4pm pick-up/Monday 4pm) and still get the $150 rate for that 4 day rental.Thoughts?
