Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Phoenix (Tempe-ASU) Legacy Golf Resort

Forgot to post this one. I was trying for the Sheraton since the people I booked this for needed two beds, so I was avoiding the 3* Residence Inn. Of course this hotel has 1 bed or 2 bed suites only, with the latter being much more expensive. However, the 1 bed suite does have a pullout sofabed and they liked the property so all is good. When I called to make sure they have a non-smoking building [there's only 1 out of 12], the guy was very nice. They were trying to avoid a convention hotel, which one told me was $109 but another said $200.

The regular rate is $129.20 [$580.22 total] according to their web site.
