Unfortuantely this property has not yet been reported to the board and with no additional cluse given by HOTWIRE, i don't think we'll be able to gain much insight into this one. However, i would caution to keep in mind that European star ratings are a bit more 'generous' than here in the US and a 3* may not meet your needs if you don't have the right expectations.
