Priceline Hotel: London 5* bidding help

I'd like a 5*, two rooms, in the London Mayfair-Soho area for 7/1/09 - 7/5/09 and I was wondering when would be an ideal time to start bidding. Is now too early to get the best deal?

In general, there is no best time to catch the best deal. There are so many factors. We all have diffrent ways to score the best deal. Some say early, some say late. If your the tickets ready and plans are firm, roll the dice....

A few things to think about.

* Bought is bought at PRICELINE

* Don't get stressed and overbid if you don't hit. Take it easy, you have plenty of time

* Look at HOTWIRE to get a feeling for the prices

* If you feel insure, book a back-up that you can live with and can cancell

* Be aware that hotels come and go all the time at priceline
