urso_polar
hi all,I bought 1 way tickets for my niece & her boyfriend from NYC to Detroit thru betterbidding's partner site Orbitz. They are driving a car back. They want to stop overnight at a 2* hotel somewhere between Toledo & Western PA. Where should I bid (priceline cities) with price as my primary concern. Date is Saturday 3-14 till 3-15. I will bid through betterbidding's PRICELINE page.thanks Link to comment
dahammer
give them $50 and a coupon book (like Roomsaver) available for free at rest areas and truck stops and let them make their own arrangements. When I'm on a road trip, sometimes I might want to drive a few exits further past the planned stop.you might want to map out the route and look at places like Richfield (north of Akron) or Youngstown as these are larger cities with more hotels (hence more competition).
