3-star condo in Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney $57

Based on my research it looks like close match for Hawthrone suites, But i would like to take another opinion on this one. Only suspicion i have is trip advisor 80+ reviews listed on hotwire as compared to actual 130+ trip advisor reviews for Hawthrone suites (usally they are very close not a 50+ reviews diff) and a smoke free Icon.

Any help is appreciated?

I'm going to guess that this is the Blue Tree Resort with a new Smoke Free icon (the property is smoke free) and 'swapping' of the previous Tennis icon for a Golf icon...

This property has been won thru HOTWIRE at a price of $57 before, and in searching HOTWIRE for the dates of a previous win (for which the dates are in the future) shows the above amenities... as well, the Tripadvisor info is consistent with this property.

Thank a lot for your replies. Exactly, This one offers free breakfast which brings it more closer to Hawthrone Suites. Also previous Blue tree resort win confirms that it displays with "Resort" icon but this 3* condo does not show "Resort" icon.

Any other thoughts? I would really like to hit Hawthrone suites on this price :)

I think the Tripadvisor info is too far off to be a likely outcome.
