Hotwire Hotel: 2* Kamloops ThriftLodge

Yesterday I booked a 2 star hotel on HOTWIRE on the 25th June 2009 in Kamloops and was allocated the ThriftLodge, this was an overnight stay whilst travelling and we were just looking for basic clean accomodation. Having checked out Trip Adviser I am now so disappointed by the travellers reviews which mention bed bugs and other negtative comments.

I have used Hotwire before and been very pleased with the accomodation, however this time this has really put me off using them again I did not expect HOTWIRE to allocate this standard of hotel.
