fshwilli
HiDid not know quite what to put in the title but my question is this. I am trying to book a hotel room in Ny for my brother in law who lives in the UK. Can I go ahead and try PL or book through Hotwire and use my credit card???? Should I book it in my name or his? And do they ask for the credit card upon check in as I will not be travelling with him? Any info would be appreciated. Link to comment
GM Mike
You can do this with either service. The "guest name" you list MUST be his name. Only the person named as the guest can check in. It does not matter whose credit card is used.He will be responsible for the booking like any other PL/HW booking. All rules still apply. So he must be 21+, show valid ID that matches the name on the room, and have a credit card of his own to present for incidental charges. Link to comment
