travelingman Posted March 31, 2003 Report Share Posted March 31, 2003 I got this hotel for $30 at least three times last year.It's a great place to stay. The rooms are nice. For a small admission, you can go in the ball of the reunion tower which is connected. You have to go downstairs from the main lobby.You can also reach union station through an underground tunnel. From here you can take DART light rail to the nearby West End for restaurants and the market center with arcade, touresty stores, etc. Dallas Alley (bars) is also there. This is the night life in Dallas. Often there is live music or other entertainment outside.It's also close to the American Airlines Center.This is my favorite place to stay. Very nice 3-star hotel - it should be a 4 at least. Link to comment
