The amenities for the 4* matches both the Omni and the Westin Bonaventure so either of these two are likely but the best guess is that the one you're seeing is the Westin Bonaventure.

Best guess for the 3.5* is the Sheraton, although if the Kyoto Grand Hotel is non-smoking, that would be a second possibility as well.

I needed a hotel room for one night in Downtown Los Angeles.

Priceline was offering a 4* anywhere from $99 to $113 (depending on the day I checked).

I bid $73 on the Downtown region. That bid was rejected, but got a counter-offer for $22 more.

I added Culver City as a re-bid zone and bid $75. It was accepted.

Sidenote: I believe Culver City is a re-bid zone or I got lucky... :)
