Priceline Hotel: 3* Orlando (WDW) Radisson Worldgate Resort

Original bid for 3* WDW Vicinity of $40 declined. Tried again at $45 and was accepted. Got the Radisson Worldgate Resort. Read the reviews posted about the hotel, and now I'm really worried! Sounds like it could be a dump. Oh well. At least we'll be spending most of the time at the parks. Would love to hear any positive reviews about the place, or any tips/special requests to try.

I have no firsthand experience at this property, but i can tell you what we frequently (not always) see...

Reviews are often based upon value... i have had quite a few PRICELINE stays where i got the hotel at a HUGE discount. Based upon the price paid, the stays were GREAT, however, if i had paid full price, my thoughts on the property would have been less impressive.

My point is that while this hotel likely wouldn't have been your first choice, but for $45, it may turn out to be ok and you'll be able to overlook any minor problems you may experience... whereas if you were paying full rate any problems would be taken more seriously.

I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. This is a nice place, and the back road to Animal Kingdom is great (no dealing with 192 traffic)
