CheapZone
Started at $60 and kept on adding free rebids. I wanted Embarcadero East (not West). Ran out of free rebids and tried 3 days later again. Started at $60 and added my free rebids. Hit at $85. This is more than I have paid in a long time for a San Francisco 4*. Wonder if I could have gotten cheaper if I had been willing to do Embarcadero West. Oh well. Looks like a nice hotel. Check-In Date: Wed, Jun 23, 2004 Check-Out Date: Thu, Jun 24, 2004 Your Offer Price: $85.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $85.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $18.06 Total Charges: $103.06 Link to comment
epicureangirl
I stayed for much more than that on a Hotwire rate so to me it looks like you did well (I think it was 4.5 stars on Hotwire). The Palomar has an incredible location. The rooms are really nice and modern, but the service when I stayed was awful (was everyone in training?). Some of their rooms face a courtyard (lousy view) so maybe you can ask for a cityview when you check-in. Have fun. Link to comment
