CA San Jose Park Inn Milpitas

Booked through Hotwire to try to save some money as i was staying for 7 days on business trip. $69 per night(supposingly $100 value), i was hopping to get decent hotel/motel, instead we got very very bad motel:

CONS:

-When we got here water sink was stuck as soon as you open water, it was very hard to even open water as faucet was broken.(told them 2 times, never fixed)

- Water pressure in the shower was very weak

- Pillow cases had stains, sheets had some blood stains on them also

- Microwave was too dirty and smelly to even try to cook something

- Very squeaky bed, i beleive it was advertised as king, but we got queen size

- Room service was vacuming next door at 8AM, with big commecrial vacum cleaner, they should do it later in the day not so early

- Walls are so thin that you can hear people caughing next door

- When people slam door at 1am next door, the whole room shakes

- pool was extremely dirty, as well as jucuzzi, never cleaned ( LISTED AS AMMENITY)

- ironing board was too dirty to iron white dress shirt

- Room looks amateur painted, and kind of dirty, just quick cover up paint

- wireless signal is weak, only 1 bar, 300k up/down, good enough for email or maps (LISTED AS AMMENITY)

Somewhat PROS:

- decent continental breakfast, bacon, eggs, waffels...but same every day (LISTED AS AMMENITY)

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE
