WillTravel
These tips work for Europeans also: http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?act...ST&f=173&t=503& Link to comment
Sharion
I'm from Finland and didn't have any difficulties in using Priceline. You just have to fix your address to make it look like an American one. I used a Finnish Mastercard to pay for the hotel nights, and it was accepted without any trouble. Link to comment
stickman
Ok, I'll try then...@Sharion: What telephone number did you use?Has anyone succeeded using an European Visa card? Link to comment
WillTravel
I have never heard of success with a non-US Visa on the US site, but you can use it without problem on the Priceline UK site. Link to comment
mucsea2003
Just terminate your phone number after 10 digits. That'll work. Link to comment
Sharion
Stickman: I just put in my mobile phone number and didn't have any problems. It had 12 digits including both the country code and area code. Link to comment
djohannw
I have never heard of success with a non-US Visa on the US site, but you can use it without problem on the Priceline UK site. FWIW, I am using a mix of Visa-, Master- and Amex-cards for Priceline both in the US and the UK, and they all work very well. As I am based in Germany, my credit cards are all issued there. In fact Priceline.co.uk is a little more picky in terms of how to set up a Visa-card to work than the US-site is...you need to put more effort into making the ZIP look like a UK one. No problems with MC and AX in this regard, however.Greetings - Dirk Link to comment
