Well a search reveals 4 Boutique hotels in the area that are rated 4* or higher (there could be others that i'm not aware of). The Sofitel, the Omni, Loews Hotel Vogue, and Le Saint Sulpice.

The Sofitel and the Omni are both listed in the Hotwire section with amenities other than the ones you list, and the amenities you listed don't fit very well with the Le Saint Sulpice. That leaves the Loews Hotel Vogue and all the amenities listed are indeed available at that hotel... so that would be my best guess, although i'm far from certain.

If you give it a shot please keep us in mind and updated.
