Peng
Hi, I've been bidding for 2 star in Ponce up to $90 per night, still no luck. Do you have any suggestions in terms of bidding strategy or location. Thanks. Link to comment
thereuare
What is your maximum bid for this stay?Did you see HOTWIRE has a 3* hotel for $119/nite for these dates? Peng
Thanks for the information. I wanted to keep the price below 100, partly because I feel hotels in Ponce should not be as equally expensive as those in San Juan. And I guess the "two star" I've been bidding for should be Holiday Inn. The 3 star on Hotwire might be Hilton (as that is the only other hotel in Ponce with a star level higher than Holiday Inn, as listed on Priceline)? Link to comment
thereuare
Do you want to stay in Ponce, or was it only a cheaper alternative to San Juan? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
Peng
Actually we wanted to stay in Ponce for two nights, and then we would move to San Juan for another three nights (we've won the bid for Sheraton). Anyway, this morning we got Holiday Inn Ponce at $95 per night (always using SavingsBarn PRICELINE link). So this has finally been settled. Thanks a lot for your help. Link to comment
