JNR
I want two rooms in Orlando, four-star or resort for one night, January 15, 2008. I prefer to stay in the Universal Studios - Sea World zone since we will be at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Ctr.Unsuccessful bids at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007:Universal Studios - Sea World @ $70.00Re-bid zone @ $75.00Re-bid zone @ $78.00Re-bid zone @ $80.00Re-bid zone @ $85.00Re-bid zone @ $88.00Re-bid zone @ $90.00Re-bid zone @ $93.00Re-bid zone @ $96.00Re-bid zone @ $99.00Disney World Vicinity @ $100.00I'd rather not travel the distance to the Disney World Vicinity zone so I made that my last re-bit zone.Preferred maximum $100 but will listen to your advice. As always, thanks for spending your time helping us all get good deals. yellowdog
Hello JNR.This is not going to happen in Universal/Sea World or DWV zone. I'm looking at the prices for your date and something is going on. Your only chance within your budget (per today) is a 3* in both zones. Is your minimum level 4* or you just trying to hit a fancy hotel??A very nice place close to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Ctr is the 3* Crown Plaza Resort, $112 for your date. Please use boards Crown Plaza link, found under Travel Links support page, if you decide to go for that hotel.Just post if you need any further help.Good luck! Henrik. Link to comment
thereuare
Two comments:1) i'd also check EasyClickTravel as sometimes they have good deals in this area (although usually at the star ratings less than 4 stars)2) the way you're bidding you risk an overbid for the Disney area. It would be better if you ran thru the strategy above, stopping short of adding the Disney zone, then repeating as follows:Universal Studios - Sea World and Walt Disney Area @ $70.00Re-bid zone @ $75.00Re-bid zone @ $78.00Re-bid zone @ $80.00Re-bid zone @ $85.00Re-bid zone @ $88.00Re-bid zone @ $90.00Re-bid zone @ $93.00Re-bid zone @ $96.00Re-bid zone @ $99.00Obviously the second time around the above bids will be rejected for the Universal-SW zone... but it gives you a chance to get the WDW zone at a cheaper price than your last bid.Any questions feel free to ask.Keep us updated and let us know whatever you end up doing for this stay or if we can be of further help.
