michaeljen
Just booked a 3* "Hotel" in Sherman Oaks, CA which I thought was going to be the Marriot, and turned out to be a Best Western MOTEL. (Best Western Carriage Inn). Even better, I was charged $126 a night for a MOTEL which is listed on the Best Western Website as going for $119. I think I just got screwed by Hotwire. Beware.Just went and looked at Hotwire again, and to add insult to injury, they are now listing the same entry at $119...I'm going to think twice before I use Hotwire again. Link to comment

Can you please add the dates of your stay and the amenities shown before your purchase (which is what will help others ID this property in the future), which you can still view by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY STUFF link near the top of their home page... we'll then be in a better position to comment regarding your results above.Thanks. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
