crap! this is the first time this has happened, this is for one bed, you have to pay for another. We just wanted somewhere to sleep after going to Kings Island, but need more than 1 bed! LOL

Important Hotel Check-In Details

An important note about Crossland:

Crossland provides a studio room with one double size bed that can accommodate two adults and includes a well equipped kitchen and cable TV. Requests for bed type changes, including a room with two beds, will result in an upgrade fee to be paid to the hotel at check-in.

Can you please confirm whether this porperty is now an Extended StayAmerica or a Crossland Studio Suites.

Also, i asusme you were not upgraded to a 2* on your 1* bid?

It is now an Extended Stay, I called and they gave us a room with 2 beds. But thats the only PLUS I can give them!

the room was dirty, has a small kitchenette, the coffee pot was still dirty, fridge had coffee down the front. Toaster was REAL dusty.

Since the appliances were so dirty, we were concerned with the cleanliness of the beds :)

Will NEVER select a 1 star in hopes of getting better again! LOL

all we wanted was a place to sleep for a night, so arent picky, but even 1 stars can be clean!
