There are 2 3* hotels which I've seen in the past - the Sheraton Convention Center and the Chase Suites, along with the 2.5* Courtyard by Marriott.It appears there's a bit of seasonal pricing going on. It looks like bids between $47-55 in winter are a good bet, while summer can go down as low as $36. If you're bidding the 3* only, it appears at this time you have two free rebids you can use, so you can afford to lowball just a bit to make sure you get the best deal.
