This property has not yet been identified, the Westin is a good possibility, but i'd also include the Marriott and Hilton among the possibilities too as all three have the amenities above and could be cosidered 3.5* prperty.

One option you have is to do a HOTWIRE search for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then see if the same hotel (based upon the amenities and star rating) is also availble for the balance of your stay. If so, you can then purchase the sole nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'... if you're happy with the outcome purchase the remaining nites of your stay; if not. make other plans for the remainder of your trip.

There is a slight risk that the same hotel is no longer offered after you make the first purchase OR that there are two hotels with the same amenities, but this is usually pretty rare, but you should at least be aware of the possibility.
