BargainGoon
Me and some friends (wives included) are celebrating our 40th Bday and are going to leave the kids with their Grandparents and hit the strip. Looks like the best people are doing on the Venetian is $122 per night. It being the only 5* gives me a good number of re-bids. If I bid and win first, will that lessen the chance of my friends booking. I already asked if they wanted me to try booking all three rooms, but they would rather book separate. There is no chance of us ending up with different hotels right?Your recommended strategy would be greatly appreciated. Please make sure you send me the link and I will be sure to use it like I did last time you provided a strategy. Thanks,Rick Link to comment
dahammer
rates at the Venetian are $479 per night for your dates of travel, so its unlikely that $122 will be successful. What is your maximum budget per night? This is needed to develop a bidding strategy that will not exceed your budget. Sometimes bidding for a group trip is not always the best option as folks can change their mind about making the trip, but Priceline and Hotwire bookings are non cancellable. EasyClickTravel Travel has the Planet Hollywood (Aladdin) available for $125 per night and this is cancellable, please read the cancellation policy. Link to comment
thereuare
It being the only 5*...See the comments at the top of the Priceline Hotel ListIf I bid and win first, will that lessen the chance of my friends booking.Doubtful... but possible.I already asked if they wanted me to try booking all three rooms, but they would rather book separate. There is no chance of us ending up with different hotels right? There is definatley a chance of that happening. I recommend trying to place all bids on the same purchase. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
