Priceline Hotel: Help bidding for trip to Washington DC...

Hi! I need your expertise again! I'm traveling to DC next week for 2 night from from 11/13 to 11/15. I need to stay under $195.00 a night. In doing a bit of research it looks like several hotels are sold out or do not allow check-in on Monday... what do you think my chances are with Priceline and finding a room? Any ideas on bidding strategy?

Star Rating: Prefer 4*

Either of these zones would be fine:

Convention Ctr - Capitol Hill Area

Dupont Circle - Woodley Park

White House - Downtown

I would prefer the White House - Downtown Area the most, followed by either Dupont Circle - Woodley Park or Convention Ctr - Capitol Hill Area.

I am no expert, but I am sure you would be able to find a room under $195 using priceline.
