Hello Everyone

1st post on this excellent forum.

I hope someone can answer a couple of questions.

The winning bids that are generally shown on here for hotels in Canada, would they normally be $USD or $CAD?

I am travelling from Scotland to Toronto from 16th-23rd September 2006, i have used priceline.co.uk before for hotels in Downtown Toronto, and have on average paid

Hi

the winning bids are in $US. I think that there might be a film festival during part of your stay. Base on Hotwire rates the 17th 18th and 20th,21st & 22 all Reasonable 4* rates fom $77 up to$107. The 16th and 19th are both around $242.

You might consider splitting your bids. Possibly staying in the airport zone on your 1st night and then making 3 more bids 17-18, 19, & 20-22. Because the 16th and 19th are so high it will take a tremendous over bid to secure a room for your entire stay
