Minimum published "guaranteed " rate is $99 (Sheraton web site). thereuare Posted November 15, 2003 Report Share Posted November 15, 2003 Thanks for the post.I wouldn't read into the immediate answer vs. "we'll have an answer for you within 15 minutes". Up until about 6 months ago there was always a 15 minute wait, then they updated the system to give answers while you wait (which is a BIG improvement i might add). Sometimes the system reverts back to its old ways.The entire process is automated, so i imagine that if there is a bottleneck anywhere in the system it automatically reverts back to the old message of waiting 15 minutes.
