Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Savannah (Hilton Head Island) Westin

I mostly use Priceline, but in this case, the Westin is a 4* on Hilton Head, grouped in with the Crown Plaza which I knew I DID NOT want, so Hotwire was the way to go. I MIGHT have been able to get it for less $$$, but not at the expense of not guarenteeing the specific property. Plus, hubby thinks 155 per night is a great deal, so who am I to argue. He just wants to golf!!! (lowest price on westins own site 269 per nite)

You'll love this hotel. My husband and I spent one night there January 2005, and they were very good to us, despite our cheap Priceline reservation.

The hallways and common areas show a little wear, but our room was comfortable and attractive.
