Priceline Hotel: 3* and 4* HELP in LA June 27-30

Tried 4* up to $90 without luck in Hollywood and West Hollywood..

Tried 3* up to $80 without luck in those 2 areas...

Tried 2.5* up to 50 without luck in the 2 areas..

Are the other areas convenient for tourists ? ie. DT ? or others ?

Any other suggestions ?

I checked past wins over the last several months. Here is what I found....

2.5* no wins posted for over 6 months

3* most wins range around $80 but have been up to $117

4* wins range $105 to $115

Are the above your maximum bid amounts for each star level? I suspect you're not too far off, another $20 or so may just be enough... do you have a back-up reservation anyplace (if so, where and how much?)

Downtown Los Angeles is usually cheaper, but i can't comment as to its usefulness for tourists.
