Welcome to BetterBidding!

To confirm, you're traveling/searching:
June 25-27 and searching for 4 adults

Your goal is to make sure you have two actual beds in the room (and not 1King + pullout sofabed)

Do i have the above correct?

If so...

First, confirming that you're aware that the hotel you linked above is likely the Trump, which is a little off-strip and does not have a casino.  I assume this would be an acceptable outcome for your group?  I know it's not necessarily everyone's first choice, but i do see that rates at the other 5 star properties are high for your dates above, so perhaps the Trump hotel becomes a bit more palatable.

I see two options:

1) if your search includes quad occupancy then HOTWIRE guarantees that the room will accommodate everyone you include in your group.  While this usually means 2 beds in the room, it could include 1 bed + sofabed (it can be argued that a sofabed is not sufficient for two adults, but you may or may not get very far with that argument)

2) the other option is to have a look at Priceline Express where THIS OFFER (confirm your dates on the landing page) also appears to be The Trump.  This PRICELINE offer does give a BED CHOICE option and you can choose the TWO QUEEN bed option for $185/nite.  The one caveat here though is that priceline only guarantees accommodations for double occupancy.  Usually it's not an issue showing up with more as long as the room type you reserved is designed to accommodate the number of guests in your group, but you can also avoid any issues altogether by just having two people go to the check-in desk while others wonder the lobby, start to explore the hotel, or hang out across the street at the Fashion Show Mall for a bit until the two guests have completed the check-in process and brought all the bags up to the room.

Personally, i think the 2nd option is the better of the two if your main objective is to ensure two beds in the room (and you and the others in your group are comfortable booking for double occupancy and showing up with four), but there is still a small risk to it.
