I was hoping to find something close to the beach with a pool and near Bucerias for around $100 a night. It doesn't need to be an all-inclusive but that might be a nice option if the price is right.  Some of the resorts recently had bad reviews (customers fighting, vomiting in pools, etc) so I'd like to avoid those.

I'm not really seeing anything that is close to $100/nite, there is this 3 star:
