You are right once again!  Just booked it, and indeed it is the Time New York Hotel.  The rate went down slightly to $166 per night and is for a room that sleeps up to 2 adults, assigned at check in.  Adding all the taxes and mandatory fee, total cost for 1 night is $251.18.
