Thank you very much for the information and the very helpful hint on Priceline Express.  I typically do not check that one.  I decided to try bidding on Priceline first and for a slightly alternative date (due to air ticket availability).  I got Hyatt Regency at Wacker for USD 72 per night from 28 April to 2 May.  Even better, there is no hotel resort fee at Hyatt.

 

Thanks for your help everytime.  I really look forward for the trip.
