This is a 4 star hotel in Toronto, part of Downtown Centre area; and room rate per night is $152. 

Amenities include: Business center, Fitness center, Golf nearby, Indoor pool(s), Internet access, Pet friendly, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms

I think it's Sheraton..since there isnt any other ~2000 review on TA (4.3) in this area; can someone help with some insights on the potential hotel name?

Has anyone ever seen this message before? If so, how accurate is the returned result/hotel?
 

My travel dates are 5/23-5/26 for 3 nights; it's a long weekend, so i think the rates are decent. Since this is my first time using Hotwire, can someone let me know if i should wait around for the price to drop? Or unlikely?

Not sure if you're reading too much into this, but all this is saying is that the hotel will be a national chain.  From this aspect it is accurate, but if you're assuming that you will get one of the 4 chains above then that would be a wrong conclusion.  For example, you could receive a Westin, Marriott, etc. as these too are national hotel chains, even though not listed above.

There is no way to know if rates will stay the same, drop, or more even higher between now and your arrival.  Best advise is to weigh how much you like the hotel (based upon your/our research and guess) and if it's a good deal that makes it worth locking in today.  The other risk besides the price moving up/down is that this offer could disappear entirely and be replaced with something that you may not like as much or that is not as well reviewed.
