TrineMandarine
Hey everyone, was hoping to get The Venetian for our short stay in Vegas. Was using the BetterBidding Link which gave me the following amenities: Resort, Casino, Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Spa, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. 😀 I'm seeing on HOTWIRE: 5* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Grand Canal Shoppes for $95.63 Free Parking Resort Suite Casino Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> Best guess would be the Venetian Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. TrineMandarine
My wife really wants the Venetian and I want to surprise her with it. Not sure if I should just take the deal and see if we’re lucky or book with the actual hotel and pay like $100 more. Venetian states that it has a resort fee of $45 per night. How come Hotwire states $51? Will we have to pay $51 in Vegas? Link to comment
thereuare
You will pay the same resort fee regardless of how you book. The $45 rate is before taxes, the $51 price is after taxes. I'm not sure I am following... why would you want to pay $100 more??? TrineMandarine
Of course I don’t want to pay the extra $100 ;) I’m just worried that the hotel might not be the Venetian. Link to comment
thereuare
Well you have the HOTWIRE offer above, as well as this one from PRICELINE EXPRESS: 5* The Strip - Northeast (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $91/nite with: Free Parking Airport Shuttle Fitness Center Pets Allowed Restaurant Indoor Swimming Pool Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino ==> The Venetian would be my best guess for this one For the current HOTWIRE offer (i didn't look yesterday so not sure if it's a different offer at the moment): 5* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Grand Canal Shoppes for $95.64 Free Parking Resort Suite Casino Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> my guess here would be the Palazzo EDIT TO ADD: i just searched again (3 hours after my previous search) and i'm now seeing what i believe to be The Venetian with the same amenity set, so it looks like HOTWIRE is flip-flopping back and forth between the two properties (which are connected to each other and rooms are nearly identical, with the Palazzo being a bit newer). So if you're specifically looking for the Venetian (and would prefer to avoid the Palazzo) the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer below may be the better way to play it, as well as being a few dollars cheaper too! While we can't see the hotel names either, i have a high degree of confidence in the guesses above. TrineMandarine
Somehow Priceline didn't let me book the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal (tried several times) so I went for the HOTWIRE Deal and I got the Venetian for $ 238,24 for 2 nights 🙂 Link to comment
