Not every hotel offers a discounted rate to the opaque suppliers for every set of dates, so the hotel you're looking for may not be offered thru PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE for your given set of dates (and the longer the stay the greater the chances of their being fewer options available).  However, i did find what appears to be New York New York for your dates but it comes in higher than your ideal budget:

I do prefer NYNY, but the price I see is a bit high.

Currently on Booking, with free cancelling, only $25 higher (total cost) than Priceline offer.

 

I'll hold decision a little bit.

After re-thinking, I'll spend one more night in LA, so actual dates for LV would be:

November 24-29 (5 nights).

 

I came out with two results:

A very brief and quick look i believe the above are likely the Delano and The Trump... i suspect neither of which are hotels you are interested in. (if i'm wrong on this point let us know which you would be interested in and we will investigate further to confirm my initial thoughts on these properties)

You right, neither of them don't fit for me.

 

I don't know - I just thought there were two good options 5 star hotels with these prices.

 

Anyway, I'm looking again for 5 nights.

I picked NYNY for its prices range, value for money, location, reviews etc.

I guess TI is similar, maybe little more recommended, and would consider it too.

Bally's is far from one of my favorite Vegas properties, but i have stayed there for a nite or two in the past and it does have an excellent mid-strip location.

PS- if you're not aware there are two conference taking place for the first few nites of your stay, one is about 17K attendees and the other about 8K... Vegas can easily accommodate 25K people, but it may have a slight effect of higher rates for the few nites of this date range.

I thought it will reflect some discount relative to what I found on Booking.

I didn't say no to TI. Just want to have more options.

Also, NYNY slightly better reviews on one site, and on another TI is slightly better, so it's not that significant.

In this instance i would re-consider Ballys which i think is this offer:
