Priceline Hotel: looking for 3 plus star hotel

Welcome to Betterbidding.

There is no way to bid for a particular hotel - when you bid on PRICELINE, you bid on a particular star rating and zone and have to be willing to accept any hotel at that star raitng in that zone. PRICELINE EXPRESS and HOTWIRE are slightly-to-mildly more expensive and allow one to make an educated guess as to which hotels are showing based on information given.

Is the Silver Cloud the only hotel of interest? If not, let us know desired zone/s and acceptable star rating, as well as desired budget per night for this stay.

Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

At current rates i think there is a low probability of you winning a 3 star hotel in this zone for $130 or less.  If you want to give it a shot you can try as follows:

When bidding 3* in the Seattle region you have ONE re-bid zone.  If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Select 3* University of Washington District - Fremont

Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $100

If rejected wait 2 hours and use this link (or the form near the near of this post to re-access PRICELINE... please do not use the link in any emails that PRICELINE sends indicating that you can bid again)

Select 3* University of Washington District - Fremont

Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $110, if rejected wait 2 hours and using the form below

NOTE: that PRICELINE has been moving and hiding the link to 'Name Your Price' bidding so we have developed the following page: BiddingForHotelRooms for easy access (or you can use the bidding tab in our BiddingHelper.com tool)

Any questions feel free to ask (especially confirming your re-bid zones if you're new to the subject or unsure).

Should the above fail up to $130 what is your game plan (as i'm seeing regular retail rates at hotels quite a bit higher)

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
