For this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer:

5* The Strip - Northeast (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $95/nite with:
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Fitness Center
Business Center
Casino
Restaurant
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess for this one would be The Wynn

However, keep in mind that all PRICELINE reservations are for double occupancy.. after that it's at the descretion of the hotel and they may not be able, or willing, to accommodate your request for a room with two beds and/or there could be an additional charge for triple/quad occupancy (although there are ways to minimize/reduce this risk).

How old are your children?

PS- please follow-up your previous Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotwire hotel thread with whatever you ended up doing for that trip.  Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans.  Thanks! sdfsd

I'll also note that on HOTWIRE, when I search for 2 adults and 2 children (indicating quad occupancy on HOTWIRE should result in bedding for the entire party) I'm seeing:

5* HOTWIRE North Strip - Fashion Show Mall for $98.00
Free Parking
Resort
Suite
Pet Friendly
Casino
Smoke Free
Fitness
Pool
Restaurant
Business
Laundry
Hi-Speed Internet
Spa
Blind Accessible
Deaf Accessible
Travel Accessible
Room Accessible
Bathroom Accessible
Handicapped Parking
Roll-in Shower
==>  Best guess would be the Venetian

Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance.

Not sure what makes a property 'family friendly', but both the Wynn and Venetian are upscale and true 5 star properties, so they will be family friendly vs. most other properties (for example, the Cosmopolitan which is also a 5 star hotel but which targets a younger audience... or something like Planet Hollywood that has girls dancing in bikinis between some of the blackjack tables).

At the Venetian if you intend to use the pool area and it's too crowded (or not the place for children) there is a smaller pool area attached to the Venetian that is underutilized and is often less crowded (nearly empty the last time i was there) which may be more your speed. (to find the pool take the elevator to Bouchon and you'll see the pool in front of you (or just to the right)... or ask the security guard that is near the elevator when you get off)

With the above noted neither is a 'kid pool' with lazy river, wave pool, or anything like that.

Refrigerators can be had for $25 a night at the Venetian according to the hotel's website (https://www.venetian.com/resort/about-us/faq.html#suites-8) . You could also likely purchase a cooler nearby for less.

To add to the above a Kitchenette is not likely going to be had at any 5* strip hotels on the strip (the Vdara may be an exception, but that property does not work well for quad occupancy, if it's even offered for your dates)

Is there anything else that you require for this trip or does the Venetian work well for your needs?
